Waystone is expanding its ETF white-label platform with distribution support, hiring Philippe Roset as director of European ETF sales and planning a dedicated regional salesforce. The move targets international asset managers, particularly US firms without established European distribution networks, while also supporting European managers that lack ETF-specific sales expertise. Roset brings nearly 20 years of industry experience from State Street, ETF Securities and BlackRock. Waystone also hired former Northern Trust executive Rob Gallagher as senior ETF product manager, strengthening its capabilities as competition among European white-label providers intensifies.
