T. Rowe Price Hires Former BlackRock ETF Specialist to Expand in Europe

T. Rowe Price has appointed Davide Costa as Senior ETF Specialist in Frankfurt, strengthening its European distribution capabilities as the U.S. asset manager expands into the region's ETF market. Costa joins from lemon.markets, a subsidiary of Germany's dwpbank, where he served as Head of Sales. He previously led business development across the DACH region at Forge Global and spent five years at BlackRock's Capital Markets Desk, working with wealth and institutional clients across German-speaking markets and Italy. Costa will report to Andrew Brickman, who recently joined T. Rowe Price as Head of ETF Solutions EMEA, also from BlackRock. The appointment reinforces the firm's efforts to establish a foothold in Europe's competitive active ETF market, where it is seeking to attract investors through an initial zero-fee offering on its newly launched ETFs.
