USCF will liquidate the USCF Sustainable Commodity Strategy Fund (ZSC) following approval by the USCF ETF Trust board. The ETF will stop accepting creation orders after Oct. 2, 2026, and trading on NYSE Arca will halt before the Oct. 5 market open. Portfolio liquidation will then begin, meaning the fund may no longer follow its stated investment objective. ZSC is expected to cease operations around Oct. 9, with remaining shareholders receiving the net asset value of their shares.
