New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
The Towle Value ETF (TCV) will change its name to the Towle Small-Cap Value ETF effective September 30, 2026. The update makes the fund’s small-cap value orientation explicit in its name. All references to the Towle Value ETF in its summary prospectus, prospectus and Statement of Additional Information will be updated accordingly. The filing does not announce a ticker change or indicate any accompanying changes to the ETF’s investment strategy.
