Purpose Investments to Terminate Global Innovators Fund in December

Purpose Investments has announced plans to terminate the Purpose Global Innovators Fund at the close of business on or about December 30, 2026, affecting both its ETF units and Series A and Series F mutual fund units. Effective after the market close on October 30, new purchases of all unit classes will no longer be accepted, including investments through pre-authorized purchase plans.
