State Street to Liquidate Two SPDR Kensho Thematic ETFs in February 2027

State Street Global Advisors will liquidate the SPDR S&P Kensho Intelligent Structures ETF and SPDR S&P Kensho Smart Mobility ETF following an August 19, 2026 board decision recommended by adviser SSGA Funds Management. The two thematic ETFs, focused on intelligent infrastructure and next-generation transportation, will cease trading and stop creating and redeeming creation units after February 17, 2027. Liquidation is scheduled for approximately February 23, 2027. During the wind-down, both funds may increase cash holdings and deviate from their investment strategies. Remaining shareholders will receive cash distributions based on net asset value, including undistributed income and capital gains. Proceeds may trigger taxable gains or losses. The filing references February 24, 2026 as the distribution date, an apparent typographical error.
