Guardian Capital has reduced management fees across its four GuardBonds investment-grade bond funds from 0.20% to 0.15%, effective October 30, 2026, representing a 25% reduction. The changes apply to the GuardBonds 1-3 Year Laddered Investment Grade Bond Fund (GBLF) and the target-maturity GuardBonds 2027 (GBFD), 2028 (GBFE), and 2029 (GBFF) Investment Grade Bond Funds, all listed on Cboe Canada. Following the reduction, ETF and Series F units carry a 0.15% management fee, while Series A units charge 0.65%, including a 0.50% trailer fee. All four funds retain a 0.05% administration fee, bringing the combined management and administration fees for ETF investors to 0.20%, before applicable taxes. The reductions strengthen the funds' cost competitiveness in Canada's short-duration and target-maturity investment-grade bond market.
