Guardian Capital Cuts GuardBonds ETF Management Fees by 25%
Guardian Capital has reduced management fees across its four GuardBonds investment-grade bond funds from 0.20% to 0.15%, effective October 30, 2026…
Main Management Fund Advisors has introduced a contractual expense limitation for the Main BuyWrite ETF (BUYW), effective November 1, 2026, capping annual operating expenses, including acquired fund fees, at 0.97% of average daily net assets through at least February 29, 2028. The fund’s gross annual expense ratio stands at 1.13%, comprising a 0.90% management fee, 0.11% in other expenses, and 0.12% in acquired fund fees. A 0.16 percentage point waiver reduces net expenses to 0.97%. The agreement also maintains a separate 0.95% expense cap excluding certain costs, including derivatives, borrowing, taxes, and extraordinary expenses. Previously waived fees may be recovered within three years, subject to applicable expense limits. The arrangement provides investors with greater cost predictability over the covered period.
