GuideStone Capital Management has filed for four passively managed, faith-based ETFs: the GuideStone Funds Equity Index ETF (GSEF), GuideStone Funds Value Equity Index ETF (GSVF), GuideStone Funds Growth Equity Index ETF (GSGF), and GuideStone Funds International Equity Index ETF (GSXF). GSEF will track the Bloomberg 500 Index, while GSVF and GSGF will follow the Russell 1000 Value and Russell 1000 Growth indexes. GSXF will track the Bloomberg Developed Markets ex-North America Large & Mid Cap Index, covering roughly 85% of the measured markets’ capitalization. Each ETF normally invests at least 80% of assets in securities tied to its benchmark and targets correlation above 98%. GuideStone will modify index replication to exclude companies that conflict with its Christian investment policies, including businesses associated with abortion, sexual immorality, alcohol, tobacco or gambling. GSXF may also have more than 25% exposure to an individual country depending on index weights.
