Mackenzie Keeps ETF Strategy Intact After Portfolio Manager Exit

Swiss Life Asset Managers has strengthened its ETF ambitions by appointing Andreas Constantoulakis as head of ETF capital markets, signaling a potential move into Europe’s growing ETF market. Constantoulakis joins from Dimensional Fund Advisors, where he led ETF capital markets in Europe, and previously held the same role at Credit Suisse Asset Management before its acquisition by UBS. Managing €309.6 billion in assets, Swiss Life AM already offers index and rules-based investment strategies but has yet to launch ETFs. The senior hire suggests the Swiss asset manager is building the expertise needed to expand its product offering into the ETF space.
