Janus Henderson Expands SystemActive ETF Suite Into Global Markets
Janus Henderson has launched the International Core Alpha ETF (JINT) on Nasdaq, extending its SystemActive ETF suite beyond US equities.
Janus Henderson has agreed to acquire Antares Fixed Income, Antares Equities, and Insignia Financial’s 40% stake in Fairview Equity Partners, adding approximately A$33 billion in funds under management and significantly expanding its Australian investment platform. The transaction forms part of a broader long-term strategic partnership with Insignia Financial, under which Janus Henderson will provide a wider range of global investment capabilities to Insignia’s clients. The deal strengthens Janus Henderson’s presence in Australian fixed income and equities, while supporting its strategy of scaling established investment capabilities and deepening relationships with large institutional partners. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to regulatory approval.
