New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Options on the Canadian-listed Evolve XRP ETF and Purpose XRP ETF have been registered for sale in the U.S., extending regulated access to XRP-linked investment products. The Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation confirmed the registrations in a Sept. 9 SEC filing after the options had already begun trading on the Montreal Exchange. The development places the XRP ETF options alongside Canadian derivatives linked to bitcoin, ether and solana products. Separately, filings indicate Canadian banks are beginning to gain limited XRP exposure through regulated ETF wrappers, signaling growing institutional participation in the asset class.
