New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Grayscale has pushed the transformation of its Bitcoin Miners ETF into the Grayscale AI Compute ETF to around Sept. 22, 2026, one week later than previously planned. On that date, the fund’s ticker will change from MNRS to GCPU, alongside previously announced changes to its underlying index, investment objective, principal strategies and 80% investment policy. Until then, the ETF will continue operating under its existing Bitcoin-mining mandate. The delayed overhaul marks Grayscale’s planned repositioning of the fund from a crypto-mining strategy toward AI computing exposure.
