Wasatch Global Investors has filed to convert the Wasatch International Value Fund into the Wasatch International Value ETF through a proposed tax-free reorganization. All existing share classes would convert into ETF shares, with the fund retaining substantially the same investment objective and strategy. The actively managed ETF will seek long-term capital growth by investing at least 80% of its net assets in companies considered undervalued relative to their intrinsic worth. The strategy will span all market capitalizations and at least five countries, with 5% to 50% of assets potentially allocated to emerging and frontier markets. Stock selection will emphasize fundamental valuation metrics, including earnings multiples and discounted cash flow analysis. The fund will be non-diversified, allowing concentrated positions. A conversion date, ticker and management fee remain undisclosed.
