Private Advisory Group has filed for The High Conviction Series I ETF, an actively managed fund designed to hold a concentrated portfolio of approximately 40 to 60 positions selected through fundamental research. The strategy combines a top-down macroeconomic outlook with bottom-up security selection, targeting companies with strong fundamentals, durable competitive advantages, capable management, and attractive valuations. The fund will primarily invest in U.S. equities, ADRs, and other ETFs, with flexibility across market capitalizations, investment styles, sectors, and geographic regions. It may pursue emerging themes such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation while making tactical adjustments to capitalize on market opportunities. The non-diversified fund will not track a benchmark and may also gain exposure to commodities, currencies, and emerging markets through ETFs and other ETPs.
