flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
Vulcan Value Partners announced plans to convert the Vulcan Value Partners Fund into the Vulcan Value Partners ETF, subject to final board approval, with the conversion expected in the fourth quarter of 2026. As part of the transition, the fund’s Institutional share class is expected to merge into the Investor share class around September 23, 2026, and the Investor class’s Rule 12b-1 fee plan will be terminated. The fund will also stop accepting new investments directly from shareholders after August 5, 2026, with future purchases required through approved intermediaries. Shareholders are expected to receive an information statement outlining the conversion in October 2026.
