The Defiance AI Infrastructure Bond ETF will track the MarketVector AI Infrastructure Bond Index, a rules-based benchmark of U.S. dollar-denominated corporate bonds issued by companies supporting AI infrastructure. The index includes bonds from AI hyperscalers such as Amazon, Microsoft, Alphabet, and Meta, as well as semiconductor and AI computing firms. Eligible bonds can be investment-grade or high-yield and must meet size, maturity, and credit-rating requirements. Hyperscalers receive a combined 50% weighting, while other issuers are market-value weighted and capped at 5%. The ETF will generally replicate the index, rebalance monthly, and provide targeted exposure to the rapidly expanding AI infrastructure ecosystem through fixed income securities.
