New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Virtus will overhaul the Virtus Terranova U.S. Quality Momentum ETF around November 16, renaming it the Virtus NYSE Terranova U.S. Quality Momentum ETF and switching to the NYSE Terranova U.S. Quality Momentum Index from ICE Data Indices. The new index starts with the 500 largest U.S. stocks, screens for the top 190 by 12-month momentum, then applies quality measures including return on equity, profitability and revenue growth. It ultimately selects 95 equally weighted stocks and rebalances quarterly.
