TD Asset Management Revises Risk Ratings for Three ETFs
TD Asset Management has updated the risk classifications of three ETFs following its annual review under the Canadian Securities Administrators’ standardized…
The adviser to the Emerging Markets Semiconductor ETF (ECHP) and Emerging Markets GPU ETF (EGPU) has introduced a voluntary fee waiver, temporarily capping each fund’s annual unitary management fee at 0.66% of average daily net assets. The change, effective October 29, 2026, applies to both Nasdaq-listed ETFs, which provide targeted exposure to emerging markets semiconductor and graphics processing unit (GPU) industries, respectively. The fee waiver may help reduce investment costs for shareholders, although the adviser retains the right to discontinue it at any time, without prior notice. The arrangement is not a permanent fee reduction, meaning management fees could increase if the waiver is withdrawn. The filing represents a fee adjustment to existing ETFs rather than a new fund launch.
