Harris Associates Files ETF Share Class for Oakmark Bond Fund

Harris Associates has filed to add an ETF share class to the Oakmark Bond Fund, bringing its actively managed value-oriented fixed-income strategy into an ETF structure. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in bonds and related securities across corporate debt, Treasuries, mortgages, asset-backed securities and senior loans. At least 25% is allocated to investment-grade debt, while up to 35% may be held in high-yield bonds. Security selection emphasizes bottom-up fundamental analysis, supplemented by active sector allocation and duration management.
