Harbor Capital has announced changes to the benchmark of its Harbor Commodity All-Weather Strategy ETF, effective December 1, 2026. The Quantix Commodity Index will be renamed the S&P Quantix Commodity Index following an agreement between S&P Dow Jones Indices and Quantix Commodities Indices, an affiliate of the ETF’s subadviser. S&P will replace Solactive as the index calculation agent and assume responsibility for administering and maintaining the benchmark, while S&P and Quantix will share ownership. The index will continue targeting diversified inflation hedging through commodity futures. Quantix will retain licensing rights for the fund’s use of the benchmark. The changes primarily concern index branding, ownership and administration, with no announced modifications to the ETF’s underlying investment strategy or commodity exposure.
