New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Tradr will conduct 1-for-4 reverse splits for eight leveraged ETFs: LITZ, NBIZ, AXTX, CRMX, ONDU, SMU, QBTX and QUBX. Separately, the Tradr 2X Long U Daily ETF (UNX) will undergo a 4-for-1 forward split. All nine funds will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis on September 22, 2026. The splits are designed to adjust shares outstanding and per-share NAV without changing the overall value of investors’ holdings, aside from potential fractional-share effects in the reverse splits.
