Beacon Tactical Risk ETF to Close and Liquidate in September

The Beacon Tactical Risk ETF (BTR) will close following a decision by its board at the recommendation of adviser Beacon Capital Management. The ETF’s final trading day on NYSE Arca will be September 23, 2026, with liquidation expected around September 30. During the wind-down, BTR will shift toward cash and cash equivalents and may deviate from its investment strategy. Investors remaining through liquidation will receive cash equal to the NAV of their shares, with the distribution generally resulting in a taxable capital gain or loss.
