New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Tema ETFs has added private defense technology company Anduril as the largest holding in the Tema International Defense ETF (ARMY), representing 14.5% of net assets as of Sept. 8. The actively managed ETF targets international defense and modern warfare companies benefiting from global rearmament and technological shifts. Anduril exposure is provided through a special purpose vehicle (SPV), giving ETF investors access to the pre-IPO company without incremental management, performance or brokerage fees on the position. Tema intends to maintain Anduril as a top holding, although allocations may change.
