Sophus Capital will close the Emerging Market ETF (EMEM) and Emerging Market Small Cap ETF (EMSC), with liquidation scheduled for around September 28. The funds will stop accepting creation orders and halt exchange trading after September 25. Ahead of closure, EA Advisers may raise cash or shift into highly liquid assets, causing the ETFs to deviate from their stated strategies. Remaining shareholders will receive liquidation proceeds based on NAV and may also receive taxable income or capital-gains distributions.
