PGIM Transfers $1.4 Billion High-Yield Bond ETF to Cboe

PGIM transferred the primary listing of its PGIM Active High Yield Bond ETF (PHYL) from NYSE Arca to Cboe BZX on October 29. The actively managed ETF, which held more than $1.4 billion in assets as of September 30, retains its existing ticker, investment objective and portfolio management team. The move represents a change in trading venue rather than the launch of a new fund or a modification to its investment strategy.
