New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Shelton Capital Management’s STF Tactical Growth & Income ETF will change its ticker from TUGN to SEPQ at the open of trading on August 21, 2026. The change is administrative only and will not affect the fund’s investment objective or strategy. Existing shareholders do not need to take any action. The new SEPQ ticker will replace TUGN across the fund’s prospectus and Statement of Additional Information.
