New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Defiance ETFs has replaced QRAFT Technologies as sponsor of the QRAFT AI-Enhanced U.S. Large Cap Momentum ETF (AMOM). Effective October 19, the fund will be renamed Defiance LLM Catalyst Momentum ETF and trade under ticker AIED. Its revamped strategy will combine quantitative momentum signals with an AI framework using large language models to analyze company-specific news for unusually positive or negative developments. The adviser, portfolio managers and management fee will remain unchanged, while QRAFT will continue licensing its AI security-selection technology.
