Mackenzie Keeps ETF Strategy Intact After Portfolio Manager Exit

Schroders has promoted Kulvinder Kaur to head of ETF platform for EMEA as it continues to expand its European ETF business. Based in London, Kaur previously served as Strategy and Change Consultant – Public Markets at Schroders after joining the firm in October 2025 from Janus Henderson. She brings additional project management experience from M&G and Fidelity International. In her new role, Kaur joins the dedicated ETF team led by head of ETFs Tom Stephens, supporting the continued development of Schroders’ European ETF offering.
