New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
REX Shares announced 1-for-10 reverse stock splits for the T-REX 2X Long CRCL Daily Target ETF (CCUP), T-REX 2X Long CRWV Daily Target ETF (CRWU), and T-REX 2X Long TTD Daily Target ETF (TTDU). Under the action, shareholders will receive one post-split share for every ten shares held, with fractional shares redeemed for cash at net asset value. The reverse splits will take effect after market close on August 21, 2026, with split-adjusted trading beginning August 24. Reverse splits are commonly used by leveraged ETFs to raise share prices after declines while leaving the funds’ underlying exposure and investment objectives unchanged.
