GMO announced plans to liquidate and terminate the GMO Beyond China ETF following approval by the fund’s board of trustees. The ETF will cease trading on NYSE Arca after the market close on August 14, 2026, with liquidation expected on or before August 19, 2026. As the fund winds down, it may hold higher cash balances and deviate from its stated investment strategy to facilitate an orderly liquidation. Shareholders who continue to hold shares through the liquidation date will receive cash proceeds based on the fund’s net asset value, while the liquidation may result in taxable events and increased transaction costs for remaining investors.
