ProCap Investment Advisers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silvia, has filed for the Silvia NVDA CEO Interview ETF, an actively managed fund that will select stocks based on companies and investment themes identified in public statements by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang. The strategy will analyze a rolling 30-day collection of interviews, earnings calls, keynote speeches, and other public remarks to identify businesses across semiconductors, AI infrastructure, robotics, energy, and software. The sub-adviser will independently evaluate eligible companies, which must have a market capitalization of at least $1 billion. The ETF expects to hold 15 to 40 conviction-weighted positions, with individual holdings capped at 15%. Portfolios will generally be reviewed monthly, and companies absent from Huang's remarks for two consecutive periods will typically be removed. Neither Huang nor NVIDIA is involved in managing or endorsing the ETF.
