ProCap Investment Advisers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silvia, has filed for the Silvia World's Richest Man ETF, an actively managed fund seeking concentrated exposure to companies founded, managed, or controlled by Elon Musk. Eligible companies include those where Musk remains an officer or director after founding the business, holds a senior executive position, or controls more than 10% of voting power. The ETF may invest in publicly traded shares, use derivatives such as total return swaps, and obtain exposure to privately held businesses through special purpose vehicles, potentially allowing exposure to companies such as SpaceX. Public equity exposures will be equally weighted, with portfolio reviews generally conducted quarterly. At least 80% of assets will provide exposure to qualifying companies. The filing specifies that the strategy will continue targeting Musk-related businesses even if he loses his ranking as the world's wealthiest individual.
