ProCap Investment Advisers, a wholly owned subsidiary of Silvia, has filed for the Silvia Anti-Money Printer ETF, an actively managed fund targeting three hard asset themes: productive land, bitcoin, and gold. The ETF will generally allocate approximately 33% to each theme, seeking exposure to assets perceived as potential stores of value amid currency depreciation and economic instability. The productive land sleeve will invest in farmland, timberland, REITs, and royalty companies, while the bitcoin and gold sleeves will gain exposure through mining companies and exchange-traded products, including spot bitcoin and gold ETPs. The fund will not hold bitcoin or physical gold directly. It expects to maintain 10 to 20 positions, with allocations reviewed at least quarterly. The ETF may also use a Cayman Islands subsidiary to obtain exposure to certain crypto and gold ETPs.
