Principal plans to close and liquidate the Principal Quality ETF after its Board approved a liquidation plan on Aug. 11. The fund will stop accepting creation orders, with its final day of Nasdaq trading expected around Oct. 19, 2026, followed by liquidation around Oct. 26. Remaining shares will be redeemed at net asset value and proceeds distributed to shareholders of record. Ahead of closure, the ETF may depart from its normal investment strategy and skip scheduled rebalancing as it prepares its portfolio for liquidation.
