New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Dimensional plans to reorganize eight ETFs into ETF share classes of corresponding multi-class funds: US Core Equity 1, US Vector Equity, US Small Cap Value, US High Profitability, US Real Estate, U.S. Small Cap, U.S. Targeted Value and U.S. Core Equity 2 ETFs. The tax-free reorganizations are scheduled for Sept. 25 and Oct. 2, 2026, with no shareholder vote required. Dimensional expects the structure to generate economies of scale, lower transaction costs, improve rebalancing through mutual-fund cash flows and provide greater basket flexibility that could help narrow ETF bid-ask spreads.
