New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
J.P. Morgan Asset Management plans to convert the $400m JPM USD Emerging Markets Sovereign Bond UCITS ETF (JPMB) from passive to active management, subject to shareholder approval. The ETF will stop tracking the J.P. Morgan Emerging Markets Risk-Aware Bond Index and instead use research-driven bond selection, benchmarked against the J.P. Morgan EMBI Global Diversified Index. Effective Dec. 2, JPMB would become the JPM USD Emerging Markets Bond Active UCITS ETF, with its TER cut from 0.39% to 0.38%. JPMAM expects the broader investment universe and flexibility to support returns, scale and liquidity.
