UBS Enters Active Equity ETF Market With Global Income Strategy
UBS Asset Management has launched its first active equity ETF in Europe with the UBS Global Equity Income Plus UCITS ETF (FGZJ).
Global X Japan has launched the Global X Nikkei225 ETF (632A), providing exposure to 225 major Japanese companies through the Nikkei 225 Total Return Index. Listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, the ETF began operations on Sept. 7 and trades in Japanese yen with a one-share trading unit. Global X positions the fund as a potential core portfolio holding for broad exposure to representative Japanese equities across major industries. The ETF carries a management fee of up to 0.044% including tax, with distributions scheduled semiannually in April and October.
