iSharesNew Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
BlackRock will revamp the iShares Morningstar U.S. Equity ETF (ILCB) around October 5, 2026, changing its ticker to MLRG and renaming it the iShares MSCI USA ETF. The fund will replace its current Morningstar benchmark with the MSCI USA Index, covering large- and mid-cap U.S. stocks representing about 85% of the market’s free float-adjusted capitalization. The index is market-cap weighted and had significant technology exposure as of June 30. The changes were approved by the iShares Trust board and first announced August 6.
