New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
The $36.5 million Guru Favorite Stocks ETF (GFGF) will merge into the $518.3 million Alpha Architect US Equity ETF (AAUS) after struggling with limited scale, low trading volume and stagnant asset growth. The tax-free reorganization is expected to close October 23, with GFGF trading suspended after October 22. Shareholders will move from a 0.66% expense ratio to AAUS’s 0.0945%. GFGF expects to sell roughly 56% of its portfolio before the merger, with estimated trading costs below 0.01% of net assets.
