flatexDEGIRO teams with DWS on two co-branded ETFs
flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
The Calamos Least-Of Autocallable Income ETF Calamos filed for an actively managed ETF offering exposure to a weekly laddered portfolio of synthetic “least-of” autocallables tied to SPY, QQQ, and IWM. Monthly coupons, autocall outcomes, and principal protection depend on whichever ETF performs worst. Missed coupons may accumulate through a memory feature, while principal is protected only if the weakest constituent remains above a maturity barrier; below it, losses track that constituent’s full decline. The fund will use total return swaps, short-term Treasuries, cash, and box spreads, and intends to make monthly distributions.
