Defiance has filed to launch two actively managed ETFs, the Defiance Ai Funds Nasdaq Autonomous Income ETF and Defiance Ai Funds S&P 500 Autonomous Income ETF, combining AI-driven stock selection with options-based income strategies. Both funds will use Ai Funds’ proprietary BAILA AI model to autonomously select securities, determine portfolio weights and manage call-writing strategies based on market conditions. The Nasdaq fund will typically hold 20–50 stocks, while the S&P 500 fund will target 40–100 holdings. Both aim to outperform their respective benchmarks through capital appreciation and options premiums, with distributions expected at least monthly. The models will dynamically adjust options exposure and defensive positioning as market risks change, although call writing may limit upside participation. Tickers and fees remain undisclosed
