New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Defiance has changed the ticker for its Daily 2X Long Israel ETF from ISRL to TASE, effective immediately as of August 24. The leveraged ETF remains listed on the Cboe BZX Exchange. The filing only amends references to the fund’s ticker in its prospectus and Statement of Additional Information; it does not indicate any change to the ETF’s investment strategy or objective.
