Columbia Threadneedle Investments plans to reorganize the Columbia Integrated Large Cap Growth Fund II into the Columbia Large Cap Growth ETF, continuing the trend of mutual fund-to-ETF conversions. The transaction, expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, will transfer the fund’s assets and liabilities into the new ETF, with shareholders receiving ETF shares of equivalent value.
