Lazard Asset Management plans to convert the Lazard US High Yield Portfolio mutual fund into the Lazard US High Yield ETF as part of a tax-free reorganization expected to be completed on November 6, 2026. The new active ETF will retain the fund’s investment objective, policies, and strategy of seeking total return through a combination of income and capital appreciation. Lazard said the conversion is intended to provide benefits including lower costs, potential tax efficiency, intraday trading, and full portfolio transparency.
