flatexDEGIRO has partnered with DWS to develop two co-branded Xtrackers ETFs covering diversified global equities and euro bonds, according to Luxembourg registrations.
Lazard Asset Management plans to convert the Lazard US High Yield Portfolio mutual fund into the Lazard US High Yield ETF as part of a tax-free reorganization expected to be completed on November 6, 2026. The new active ETF will retain the fund’s investment objective, policies, and strategy of seeking total return through a combination of income and capital appreciation. Lazard said the conversion is intended to provide benefits including lower costs, potential tax efficiency, intraday trading, and full portfolio transparency. Shares of the ETF are expected to list on NYSE Arca, continuing the industry's trend of mutual fund-to-ETF conversions.
