New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Canada Life Investment Management is expanding ETF use while restructuring its mutual fund shelf. Counsel Essentials Portfolios were renamed Counsel ETF Portfolios on Aug. 17, with four funds now spanning income, conservative, balanced and growth mandates. Counsel Income ETF Portfolio moves primarily to equity and fixed-income ETFs, adopts a 10%-30% equity range, cuts Series A/T fees to 1.35% from 1.70%, and names Mackenzie as sub-advisor. From Sept. 21, two global funds become Canada Life Visio Pools and add ETFs for diversification. Separately, Visio Pool minimums fall to $25,000 from $150,000.
