ProShares has filed for Ultra Solidigm and UltraShort Solidigm, targeting 2x and -2x the daily performance of Solidigm shares, positioning the issuer ahead of a potential Solidigm IPO. Solidigm, SK hynix’s enterprise data-storage business, develops NAND flash-based SSDs for cloud and enterprise infrastructure, AI, high-performance computing and other data-intensive workloads. The ETFs would use Solidigm shares and swaps to obtain leveraged exposure and rebalance daily to maintain their targets, potentially giving traders leveraged long and short vehicles soon after a future public listing.
