New Age Alpha to Convert NAA Allocation Fund Into ETF
New Age Alpha plans to convert the NAA Allocation Fund from a mutual fund into the newly created NAA Allocation ETF, with the reorganization expected to close around December 4, 2026.
Brompton has launched U.S. dollar-denominated units of its Brompton Split Corp. Preferred Share ETF, which began trading on the TSX under SPLT.U on September 14. The new units allow purchases, sales and distributions in U.S. dollars, while substantially hedging their Canadian-dollar exposure back to USD. The actively managed ETF primarily invests in preferred shares issued by Canadian split share corporations and targets monthly income and capital preservation. Its CAD units returned an annualized 9.7% from their June 2023 inception through August 2026. Brompton also declared an initial USD-unit distribution of US$0.055, payable October 8.
