Vanguard Files ETF Share Class for Active Small- and Mid-Cap Strategy
Vanguard has filed to offer ETF shares for an actively managed strategy focused on U.S.
The Bitwise AI Bond ETF will invest at least 80% of assets in bonds financing AI development and infrastructure. Eligible debt includes corporate bonds from AI companies, asset- and mortgage-backed securities tied to data centers and computing equipment, and project-finance debt funding AI infrastructure. The manager will combine sector allocation with issuer-level credit research covering leases, tenants, power availability, technology risks and refinancing. Most assets are expected to be investment grade, though up to 40% may be in high-yield bonds. Portfolio duration is generally expected to range from three to eight years, and the ETF will concentrate more than 25% in information technology.
