Corgi Files ETFs Tied Directly to NVIDIA GPU Compute Markets

Corgi has filed for six ETFs designed to provide economic exposure to the market for NVIDIA GPU compute rather than NVIDIA stock itself. Five funds target individual GPU markets—the A100, B200, H100, H200 and RTX 5090—while a Composite Compute ETF would span all five. The funds could gain exposure through futures, swaps, options, forwards, benchmarks, indices or reference rates, with flexibility to transition to successor or comparable GPUs. The filings point to an emerging ETF structure aimed at turning AI computing capacity into an investable market exposure.
